Our scope

End-to-end social media mandate.

The Objective

Oxymoney provides RBI-approved fintech infrastructure for everyday business payments: prepaid cards, UPI, payouts, collections and reconciliation. Its buyers are finance and operations decision-makers at enterprises, mid-sized companies and startups. In payments, nobody switches providers because of a social post. But plenty rule a provider out because it looked unserious. In a trust-sensitive category, social had to build credibility with decision-makers, not just chase reach.

The Approach

Most B2B fintech companies say the same three words: secure, trusted, compliant. Buyers have stopped reading them. A finance head doesn't need to be told that payments matter. They're living with failed payouts, month-end reconciliation and vendor payments that won't close. Credibility comes from showing you understand that week, in the words they'd use. Saying “trusted” builds nothing. Sounding like someone who has actually run a payments operation builds everything. So we treated social as a trust surface before a reach channel. We defined content pillars that build trust while explaining the real use cases Oxymoney solves for, with clarity on capability and proof of reliability. Because this is a regulated category, every piece has to be both interesting and defensible. The goal is simple: when a finance team checks Oxymoney out before a conversation, what they find sounds like a company that knows their job.

The Outcome

A unified look and narrative changed how prospects perceive the brand. Oxymoney now shows up as a credible, consistent voice that prospective customers view more positively, improving the odds of conversion. Trust in a regulated category isn't built in a campaign. It's built by turning up, month after month, sounding like you know what you're talking about, so that when a buyer finally looks you up, the answer is already there.
