Making India's largest fruit exporter's presence felt in Europe

The Objective

Sahyadri Farms is India's largest farmer-owned enterprise. Tens of thousands of small farmers collectively own the company, which exports fresh and processed produce to more than 40 countries. At FI Europe, that story had to land with buyers who walk past hundreds of stands a day and stop at almost none, and who had never heard of a farmer-owned exporter from Maharashtra. The booth had to do more than display produce. It had to communicate scale, quality and a rare ownership model in a single glance.

The Approach

To a European ingredients buyer, farmer ownership isn't a nice origin story. It's a sourcing answer. When the growers own the company, traceability isn't a system bolted on afterwards, and quality isn't someone else's problem. So the stand shouldn't ask visitors to admire the model. It should show them what the model guarantees. A trade booth is a brand's whole story compressed into a few square metres, so we designed Sahyadri's stand to carry its difference, not just its logo. We led the work end to end, from concept through branding to final design, building a space that made the collective's scale and credibility visible to international buyers and presented its farmer-owned origin as the advantage it is. One idea held together across every surface of the stand.

The Outcome

A distinctive, fully branded presence at FI Europe that gave Sahyadri Farms a stage worthy of its standing among global players. The clearest signal of success: the client came back to us for a similar requirement. A trade stand is the hardest brief in branding. Your whole story, a few square metres, and seconds to make it land. On the show floor, you don't get a paragraph. You get a glance. Get it right there and it works everywhere else, because anything that survives a show floor will survive a sales deck.
