AI-led does not mean using AI in everything we do. The strategic question is not how much AI to use. It is which layers of the work AI is suited to, and which require human craft.
We deploy AI on pattern recognition, production scale and measurement: spotting keyword and citation patterns, producing first drafts, running optimisation, automating dashboards. It sees more, faster, than any team can.
We concentrate humans where differentiation lives: diagnosing the real problem, framing the outcome, the taste in identity, campaigns and film, and the senior relationship that owns the result. AI on client communication, or AI slop dressed up as work, is a hard no.
The hybrid produces taste at scale, which execution-led competitors cannot easily copy. The differentiator is not that we use AI. It is where we choose not to.
